摘要(Abstract):
本文观察了微量高渗盐水注入室旁核对大鼠血压、心率以及杏仁核单位放电的影响。结果显示:1.将微量高渗盐水注入室旁核后,可使杏仁核单位放电频率明显加快。2.室旁核对杏仁核的兴奋作用与微量高渗盐水注入室旁核引起的升高血压、增快心率效应在时间上明显吻合。提示:室旁核可能通过加压素能神经纤维投射直接兴奋杏仁核,杏仁核可能参与室旁核的升压效应。
The present work was designed to investigate the effects of hypertonic saline microinjection into the paraventricular nucleus (PVN) on the blood pressure, heart rate and unit discharge of the Amygdaloid Body (AB) in the rats. We found that: (1)Microinjection of hypertonic saline into PVN led to increase in discharge frequency of the AB unit. (2)The time of the AB excitement coincided obviously with that of the increase in the blood pressure and heart rate. The results suggested that (1) PVN might directly excite AB by releasing vasopressin, (2)AB might participate in the pressor effects of PVN
