摘要(Abstract)：

目的:对陕西省秦岭地区蚋类进行分类区系调查,初步摸清秦岭代表性地区蚋相本底资料。方法:选择陕西秦岭南北坡4个不同的代表性地区,采用常规方法采集幼蚋,经隔离培养育出成虫,制片、鉴定、编制名表并进行讨论。结果:共采获蚋类12种,其中含有2个新种,加上前人报告、但本次调查未采获的2种,陕西省秦岭共记载蚋类14种。结论:陕西省秦岭具有蚋类多样性,反映了古北界和东洋界交界地带的区系特征。
Objective:To investigate the basic fauna and geographical distribution of blackflies in Qinling of Shananxi province.Methods:Larvae and pupae of blackflies were collected from four representative areas of Qinling in Shaanxi province with conventional methods,and pupae were reared to molt adults in isolate culture.After their identification of slide and needle-fixed specimens,a list of blackfly species in Shaanxi province was presented.Result:A total of 12 species including 2 new species of blackflies were reported,together with other 2 species reported before,there are 14 species known in Shaanxi province so far.Conclusion:There is rich diversity of blackflies in Shaanxi province,reflecting the Palaearctic and Oriental fauna characteristics of the junction zone.
