营养与血压的关系——血清氨基酸水平与血压的关系

摘要(Abstract):

本文对高血压患病率仅为0.7%的贵州威宁山区进行了血清氨基酸与血压水平关系的单因子、多因子相关分析。调查对象为40~59岁男性农民,汉族55人及彝族60人,结果发现:(1)两组除门冬氨酸、彝族除谷氨酸外,余血清氨基酸和尿素水平较国内其他地区为低或明显减低,示其与血压水平相一致。(2)苯丙氨酸在汉族为降压性,谷氨酰胺在两个民族均为降压性。
In order to find out the correlation between amino acids and blood pres- sure(BP)levels,these surveys were done in Guizhou Weining mountainregion- where was a low incidence of hypertension.115 male farmers,composed of Han nationality(H.N.)55 and Yi nationality(Y.N.)60 cases respectively,aged 40-59 years were randomly selected for comparison. Results showed that:1.(1)H.N.:Q.I.20.53±1.79 kg/M~2,SBP 15.09± 1.64kPa,DBP 9.55±1.14kPa,MABP 11.40±1.19kPa.(2)Y.N.: Q.I.20.82±2.92 kg/m~2,SBP 14.69±1.75kPa,DBP 9.76±1.11kPa.MIABP 11.4±1.23kPa.It indicated that no significant difference both in Q.I.and BP was found bet- ween two nationalities,but it was significantly lower than other region in China.So the decreased Q.I.was related to low BP levels.2.Urea and all the amino acids levels except aspartic acid(Asp)of two national ties and glu- tamic acid(Glu)of Y.N.were lower or remarked lower than the other regi- onS.It revealed that the low amino acid levels as well as Q.I.were associ- ated with the low BP levels,A comparative study found that some amino aci- ds varied significantly in different nationality.Gluglutamine(Gin)leucine (Leu),alamine (Ala),valine (Val),glycine (Gly) and threonine (Thr) were significantly different(p<0.05-0.01).This results suggested that it might possibly related to the factors of race and heredity.3.Linear correlation analysis:(1)H.N.,phenylalamine (Phe) was negatively Correlated to SBP (P<0.05),Thr Ser and proline (Pro)were negativeiy correlated to DBP (P<0.05),Gly,methionine(Met)isoleucine (Ileu)Leu,tyrosion (Tyr), Phe and Gln were negatively correlated to both DBP and MABP(P<0.05- 0.01).There were no significant correlation between the other amino acids and BP.(2) Y.N.:Only Gin was negatively correlated to SBP(P<0.05).4. Multivariate stepwise regression analysis:(1)H.N.:Tyr was hypertensive in SBP and Phe in SBP,DBP and MABP.(2)Y.N.:Gln was hypotensive in SBP.5.Analysis of several principal amino acids of two nationalities divided into two different level of BP(SBP≤14.7,>14.TkPa,DBP≤9.33,>9.3akPa, MABP≤11.3,>11.3kPa:(1)H.N.Phe,Leu,Gln levels were significantly diffe- rent in DBP(P<0.05).(2) Y.N.:Only Gin was different in DBP(P<0.05), These results illustrated that some amino acids related to BP levels especially Phe was negatively correlated with BP in H.N..Gln was negatively correlated to SBP in Y.N.and the same correlation were found among different levels of BP single factor and multivariate analysis.
