地方性克汀病患者短潜时体感诱发电位研究STUDY ON SOMATOSENSORY EVOKED POTENTIALS IN PATIENTS WITH ENDEMIC CRETINISM

摘要(Abstract):
本文记录了30例地方性克汀病人的短潜时体感诱发电位,同时行神经系统检查及CT 扫描。结果表明:有瘫痪或 CT 扫描有阳性发现者,分别采用 Chipappa 氏法、CCT 计算法和 NT+W 计算法其阳性率分别为128.75%、50%、92.86%;而无瘫痪和 CT 正常组阳性率分别为12.5%、12.5%、6.25%。14例 NT+W 值异常者之 W 值均明显异常。
The SSEPs in 30 patients with endemic cretinism were recorded.The pati- ents were classified into 2 groups on the base of neurological and CT fin- dings.The percentage of abnormality on SSEPs according to the Chiappas me- thod,CCT,NT+W,were 28.75%,50%,and 92.86% respectively in patients with paralysis or hemiparasis and abnormal CT findinds,and were 12.5%, 12.5%,6.25%respectively in patients without motor system and CT abnorma- lity.The conducting time in W are abnormal in 14 patients with abnormal NT+W.the result shows that the formula NT+Wis more accurate than other method to evaluate the SSEPs.The abnormal SSEPs in patients with endemic cretinism may due to the prolongation of the conducting time of EPSP from the thalamus to the deep cortex.
