不同临床类型冠心病介入术后Hs-CRP的变化规律
An Investigation on the Changes of Hs-CRP after Percutaneous Coronary Intervention in Different Types of Coronary Heart Diseases

摘要(Abstract):

目的:探讨不同临床类型冠心病介入术后Hs-CRP的变化规律。方法:100例行经皮冠脉血管成形术患者,按临床类型分成稳定性心绞痛(SAP)、不稳定性心绞痛(UAP)和急性心梗(AM I)3组。分别于冠脉支架术前、术后6 h、12 h、24 h、48 h及72 h留取外周血,检测血清Hs-CRP值,分组对比研究。结果:100例患者术前Hs-CRP平均值高于正常值(P<0.05),其中SAP组术前Hs-CRP平均值也比正常值高(P<0.05),而AM I组术前Hs-CRP平均值最高(P<0.01)。术后分组观察,SAP组术后6 h Hs-CRP水平开始升高,48 h达到高峰,72 h开始下降;UAP组术后12 h Hs-CRP水平开始升高,48 h达到高峰,72 h开始下降;AM I组术后12 h Hs-CRP水平开始升高,24 h达到高峰,72 h开始下降。结论:支架术后炎症反应的状态不仅与术前冠脉临床类型有关,更与介入干预过程密切相关。
Objective: To investigate the regulation of the serum level of High sensitive C-reactive protein(Hs-CRP) in patients with coronary heart disease(CHD) by percutaneous transluminal intervention(PCI).Methods:One hundred patients who received successful percutaneous transluminal coronary stenting,were divided into groups of stable angina(SAP),unstable angina(UAP),and acute myocardial infarction(AMI),according to their clinical types;peripheral serum Hs-CRP levels of all the patients were determined before and 6 h,12 h,24 h,48 h,and 72 h after PCI and data were analyzed statistically by T-test.Results:(1) The serum Hs-CRP level in patients before PIC operation was higher than that of normal people;(2)The serum Hs-CRP level of patients in 6 h after PCI was obviously higher than those before(P<0.05);The peak appeared in 48 h after PCI,and the Hs-CRP level descended in 72 h after PCI;(3)In group SAP,the Hs-CRP level of 6 h after PCI went up obviously,reached the peak in 48 h,and descended in 72 h after PCI;In group UAP,the Hs-CRP level of 12 h after PCI went up obviously,reached the peak in 48 h and descended in 72 h after PCI;In group AMI,the serum Hs-CRP level went up obviously in 12 h after PCI,reached the high peak in 24 h and descended in 72 h after PCI.Conclusion:The inflammtion reaction after PCI was not only related with clinical type of coronary heart disease before PCI,but also relate with intervention process.
