大鼠外侧隔核微量注射精氨加压素的心血管作用及机理探讨
Effects of Argipressin Injected into Lateral Septal Nuclei on Blood Pressure and Heart Rate and Preliminary Study on the Mechanism

摘要(Abstract):

实验在乌拉坦麻醉大鼠上进行。观察了微量精氨加压素在外侧隔核的心血管作用,并从中枢和外周两方面探讨了其作用机理。结果发现:(1)外侧隔核注射精氨加压素(0.3g/L),使平均动脉压和心率明显升高(分别为24±0.2kPa和45.0±3.5次/min,均P<0.01)。(2)在侧脑室注射钠洛酮(2g/L),使上述心血管效应降至1.2±0.1kPa和20.5±2.0次/min。在延髓头端腹外侧注射普鲁卡因(20g/L,则使上述效应降至0.2±0.1kPa和12.0±2.0次/min。(3)静脉注射心得安(0.3mg/kg),使上述升压效应降至1.7±0.8kPa,加快心率作用不再出现。实验表明:微量精氨加压素在外侧隔核可兴奋心血管活动。该作用主要是通过延髓头端腹外侧区,导致外周血管收缩、心率加快而实现,中枢阿片样物质参与了这一过程。
The pressent work was designed to investigate the cardiovascular effects of injection of argipressin (Arg) into lateral septal nuclei(LSN) in rats anesthetized with urethane,and to study the mechanism of above-mentioned cardiovascular effects from central and peripheral channel.We discovered that:1.Arg (03 g/L) injected into ISN produced a significant hypertension and tachycardia (Δ MAP=24±02 kPa and ΔHR=450±35 beats/min).2.Injection of Naloxone (2 g/L) into lateral ventricle before the injection of Arg reduced the hypertension and tachycardia induced by injection of Arg into ISN to 12±01 kPa and 205±20 beats/min.Pretreatment of rostral ventrolateral medulla (RVL) with procaine (20 g/L) reduced the hypertension and tachycardia induced by injection of Arg into ISN to 02±01 kPa and 120±0 beats/min.3.Injection of popranolol (03 mg/kg) into jugular venous reduced the hypertepsion and tachycardia induced by injection of Arg into LSN to 17±08 kPa.These results indicate that Arg acts in the region of LSN to exert a central action on the cardiovascular system that is mdeiates by the opiate receptor and RVL in centre.
