铝氟联合中毒实验研究——大白鼠模型复制

摘要(Abstract):

本文报告了大白鼠铝氟联合中毒模型的复制。实验用 Wistar 雄性大鼠88只,分为五组。Ⅰ为对照组;Ⅱ为高岭土拌煤烘烧玉米组(玉米占饲料的40%);Ⅲ组与Ⅱ组同样,但烘烤玉米占80%;Ⅳ组饮水加 AlF_3;Ⅴ为饮水加 NaF 组。结果除Ⅰ组外,其余各组均出现氟斑牙,且其严重程度与含 F~-剂量呈正比。骨骼病理组织学检查及 X 光摄片见Ⅴ组为骨硬化,Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ组为骨软化。但实验中骨软化有逆转现象,且这种变化与骨骼各元素含量变化情况相吻合。说明铝氟联合中毒与“单纯”氟中毒明显不同。
In 1984,we reported the toxicosis combined with the fluoride (F)and alu- minium (Al).This paper we copied on the animal model of F and Al combi ned toxicosis with male Wistar rat.The experimental animals were divided in 5 groups,group 1——control;group 2——maize was smoked by the mixture of coal and koaline (40% in foods);group 3——as group 2;80% maize in foods only;group 4——added AlF_3;group 5——added NaF. Except Group 1,dental fluorosis (mottled enamel) were appeared in other groups.The degree of dental fluorosis increase related to dose of F It was showed in pathological tissues and X-ray films,osteosclerosis in group 5 and osteomalacia in 2,3 and 4 groups.But the reverse phenomenon of osteomalacia occurred at the end of experimentation.These changes as well as the elements namely Al,Cu,Zn,Ca,Mg,P,Fe,Mn,in the body of animals.The CPK, SGPT in muscle,which group 4 was significant lower than group 5.So,it was apparent difference in F and Al combined toxicosis with the “simple” fluorosis.
