侧脑室注射芬太尼对家兔尾核头部自发放电的影响
THE INFLUENCE OF MICRO-INJECTION OF FENTUNYD INTOLATERAL CEREBRO-VENTRICLE ON THE SPONTANEOUS DISCHARGES OF CAUDATE NUCLEUS IN RABBITS

摘要(Abstract):

观察侧脑室注射芬太尼对家兔尾核头部自发放电活动的影响。完整记录22只神经元,其中3只作为对照,19只给药单位中的16只有明显的激活或抑制变化,经统计学处理有显著性差异。
Recent studies have shown that caudate nucleus plays a role in acupunctu- re analgesia and it is (?)ich in opiate receptors and enkephalins.For studying the ana(?)esic effect of fentunyl and its action on spontaneous discharges of the caud(?)te nucleus,experiments were done by using micro-electrodes to re- cord the spontaneous discharges in rabbits.There were two groups of spontane- ous discharges were recorded; one is the control group,in this group CSF was injected through an implanted tube into lateral ventricle; the other is drug group,fentunyl was injected by the same way instead of CSF. Twenty-two spontaneous discharge units were recorded in all 13 animals. Nineteen units were recorded in drug group after injection of fentunyl 5 min, 6 of which were inhibited,10 activated and 3 no changes.In the control group, 3 units were recorded,and there was no influence of CSF on spontaneous discharges of caudate nucleus. In a word,fentunyl has excitory influence on spontaneous discharges of the caudate nucleus.
