不同诱导条件下贵阳腐霉分泌胞外蛋白质量的观察

摘要(Abstract):

目的:了解不同诱导条件对贵阳腐霉(Pythium guiyangense Su)产生昆虫表皮降解酶的影响。方法:观察不同诱导物、不同菌丝接种量,不同初始pH时,培养基中蛋白质浓度。结果:以蝉蜕为诱导物,在1%菌丝接种量,初始pH10.0的条件下时,培养基中蛋白质浓度较高。结论:本研究结果可反映贵阳腐霉产生昆虫表皮降解酶的条件,并可为酶的进一步分离纯化以及深入了解真菌的致病机理打下基础。
Objective: To study effects of different induction conditions on production of insect cuticle degrading protease from Pythium guiyangense Su.Methods: The protein concentration in culture media was observed after the fungus was induced under different conditions,including different inducer,hyphal quantity and initial pH.Results: The protein concentration in culture media was higher under the condition combination: Cicada exuviae as inducer,1% hyphal inoculation quantity and initial pH10.0.Conclusions: Results of this research could reflect production condition on insect cuticle degrading protease from P.guiyangense,lay the foundation for further isolation and purification of protease and to explore the disease-causing mechanism of P.guiyangense.
