高血压时与血压无关的动脉壁增厚的形态计量学证据
MORPHOMETRIC EVIDENCE FOR NON-PRESSURE-RELATED ARTERIAL WALL THICKENING IN HYPERTENSION

摘要(Abstract):

在大鼠中进行实验,分为三组:1.主动脉狭窄组。2.肾性高血压组。3.对照组。手术4~6周后,对血管进行形态计量学研究,发现:在第一、二组中,腹主动脉,股动脉以及肾脏细动脉的,中层面积,中层厚度,中层厚度与管腔半径比值均显著增加。结果表明,在主动脉狭窄性高血压大鼠的下半身血压正常区域,动脉壁增厚,提示在这种血管壁增厚的发生机制中,某些与血压无关的因素起作用。
To investigate the relationship of pressure and vascular wall thickening in hypertension,we coarcted the abdominal aorta upstream to the renal arte ries in 14 rats.Sham-coarcted(n=16)and two-kidney,one clip (Goldblatt) hypertensive rats (n=13)served as controls.Tail,femoral and carotid ar- terial pressures rose(P<0.01)in the two-kidney,one clip hypertensives; only carotid pressures remaining normal(p>0.25).Thus,the hindquarters of the coarcted rats remained normotensive.Four to six weeks after surgery we perfusion-fixed vascular tissues of the hindquarters,including kidneys,with formalin at in vivo levels of pressure Glycol methacrylate embedded tissues were sectioned at 1μm thickness and vessels quantitatively evaluated.We mea- sured vessel outer and lumen diameters,medial thickness,medial area,and medial-thickness-to-lumen radius ratios.Compared to sham-coarcted rats, abdominal aorta,femoral arteries and renal arterioles(60μm outer diameter in rats with coarctation and Goldblatt hypertension had significantly increa- sed (up to+100%)medial area,medial thickness and medialthiekness-to-lu- men radius ratios.In general,magnitudes of abnormaiities were similar in Goldblatt and coarcted rats.Renal arterioles>61μm outer diameter in Go- ldblatt,but not coarcted rats,also were thickened.These results indicate th- at vascular wall thickening occurs in conduit arteries and smaller renal arter ioles in the normotensive hindquarters of coarcted rats,providing morphome- tric evidence for non-pressure related mechanisms in (?)lved in vascular growth in this form of hypertension.
