不育男性精液中精子头部及尾部超微结构的研究

摘要(Abstract):

目的:研究不育男性与正常男性精子超微结构的差异。方法:利用透射电镜对10例不育男性和8例生育男性新鲜精液标本中的精子头及精子尾部超微结构进行对比观察。结果:在电镜下,不育组精子存在多形态超微结构异常,精子顶体膜受损程度、精子尾部线粒体肿胀变形及胞质残体均高于生育组,经统计学处理,两组间存在的差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论:男性不育与顶体膜结构受损及精子超微结构的异常等密切相关。
Objective:To study the ultrastructure differences of spermatozoon between normal fertile males and infertile males. Methods: Transmission electronic microscope was used to examine spermatozoon ultrastructure of subjects of which 10 were infertile males (as experimental group, EG) and 8 were fertile males (as control group, CG). The head and tail ultrastructure of spermatozoa of both groups were specially compared. Results: Multi - morphologic abnormality of ultrastructure was found in the spermatozoa of EG. The injury extent of acrosome - membrane, and the rates of mitochondria swelling and deformation were higher, and dreg of died spermatogenic cells was more in EG than those in CG. The differences were statistically significant(P < 0. 05). Conclusions: There might occur close relationship between the male infertility and the injury of acrosome - membrane structure, and other abnormality of spermatozoon ultrastructure.
