15号染色体长臂远端三体性DISTAL 15q TRISOMY

摘要(Abstract)：
本文报道15导染色体长臂远端三体性1例核型为46,XY,-4,der4,(t4;15)(q35;q22)mat。复习现有文献后查见,这种不平衡易位主要由女性平衡易位携带者传递给后代;家族中出现一名不平衡易位患儿后,再发的风险较大。
A infant with dysmorphism was found to have trisomy 15(q22→qter). The maternal karyotype showed a balanced translocation:46,XX,t(4;15) (q35;q22)and the father's karyotype was normal,46,XY.The propositus inherited from his mother the abnormal chromosome 4 and the normal chromo- some 15.The propositus karyotype was identified as 46,XY,-4,der(4), t(4;15)(q35;q22)mat.
