高血压病患者血液微量、宏量元素的变化及其相关因素的探讨
The Changes of Blood Trace and Ordinary Elements and Their Relationships to Other Factors in Patients with Essential Hypertension

摘要(Abstract):

本文测定34例高血压病患者全血Cd、Pb、Zn及红细胞(RBC)内外Zn、Cu、Na、K、Mg含量,分析其与血压、心功能、总外周血管阻力、血浆肾素-血管紧张素-醛固酮系统及血清儿茶酚胺间的关系。结果:高血压病患者全血Cd、Cd/Zn比值及RBC Zn、Na显著增高;RBC K、血浆Zn显著降低。RBC內外Na、K含量与血压显著相关,血浆Na含量与血浆肾素活性、血管紧张素Ⅱ浓度呈显著负相关。
The concentrations of cadmium (Cd), lead (Pb) and zinc (zn) in blood and Zn, copper (Cu), sodium (Na), potassium (K) and magnesium (Mg) inside and outside of orythrocytes (RBC) were measured and the relationships among these elements and the blood pressure (BP), cardiac output (CO), total peripheral resistance (TPR), plasma renin-angiotensin-aldosterone (RAA) system and serum catecholamines (CA) were investigated in thirty four patients with essential hypertension. The results showed that the levels of blood Cd, Cd/Zn ratio, RBC Zn and Na were significantly higher, while the RBC K and plasma Zn concentrations were significantly lower in hypertensives. There were no significant differences in the concentrations of blood Pb and Zn, RBC Cu and Mg, plasma Cu, Na, K and Mg between hypertensive and normotensive. Na and K concentrations in plasma and RBC were correlated significantly with BP, and the plasma Na concentration was related negatively to the plasma renin activity and angiotensin Ⅱ concentration in hypertensives. No significant correlations were found among the contents of Cd, Pb, Zn, Cu and Mg in blood and the levels of BP, plasma RAA system and serum CA.
