摘要(Abstract)：

目的:了解贵州省精神卫生机构人力设备资源现状。方法:采用分层随机整群抽样方法抽取8个地区14个精神卫生机构,采用问卷调查方式对精神卫生机构从业人员的职称、年龄、学历,诊疗设备进行调查。结果:调查8个地区精神卫生从业人员586人,其中医生204人,护士382人;硕士研究生2人,本科生143;医师中高级职称(正、副高)占24.68%,中级职称占37.34%;护士中高级职称占2%,中级职称占15.64%。结论:贵州省精神卫生服务人员中高级职称和高学历人员欠缺,精神卫生诊疗设备陈旧,不能满足贵州省精神卫生事业的发展要求。
Objective: To understand current situation of human resources in mental health institutions of Guizhou province.Methods: Stratified random cluster sampling method was employed to select 14 mental health institutions in eight regions.A self-made questionnaire survey was carried out to investigate professional title,education background,age of employed persons and medical equipments in mental health institutions.Results: In the eight areas,there were 586 people in mental health institutions including 204 doctors and 382 nurses,2 postgraduate and 143 undergraduate.Among the doctors,24.68% were with senior title and 37.34% were with middle professional title.Among the nurses,2% were with senior title and 15.64% were with middle professional title.Conclusions: Staff with senior and middle professional title and high curriculum level in mental health institutions of Guizhou province is lack.The equipments in the institutions are old and can't meet the requirement of development of mental health.
