贵州省河坝公社地方性甲状腺肿及地方性克汀病的调查研究 碘代谢和垂体——甲状腺系统功能在碘盐防治前后三年过程中的变化
摘要(Abstract)：
<正> 前言前文作为对贵州省地方性甲状腺肿(以下简称地甲肿)及地方性克汀病(以下简称克汀病)研究的一部分,对该省病区及非病区居民从碘代谢和垂体——甲状腺系统功能状态角度进行了分析和阐述。以非病区贵阳市郊区黔灵公社作为对照点,在食盐加碘实施以前,1979年夏初次调查不仅证明了在缺碘病区内,有甲肿者和无甲肿者以技克订病均有碘缺乏问题(从某种意义上讲,也可称为碘营养缺乏患者),而且还发现,在当地人群中存在着为数不少的所谓亚临床甲低病人,其次通过碘代谢的研究表明,地甲肿和克汀病是碘缺乏的明显受害者。最后通过三年的碘盐(1/5万浓度)防治,不仅使
