导水管周围灰质微量注射纳洛酮对弓状核降压效应的影响
Inhibitation of the Depressor Effect of Arcuate Nucleus of Hypothalamus by Microinjecting Naloxone into Periaqueductal Gray in Rats

摘要(Abstract):

用电刺激下丘脑弓状核(ARC)引起动脉血压明显下降。导水管周围灰质(PAG)微量注射纳洛酮(NAL)则可衰减ARC的降压效应,NAL注射到PAG周围区无上述作用。结果提示,ARC降压效应与内啡肽释放有关,PAG为其作用环节之一。
It was found that electrical activation of arcuate nucleus (ARC) produced a fall in blood pressure(BP),where as the surrounding areas of ARC (S-ARC), a large increase in BP. Naloxone (NAL, 10ng/0.5μl) microinjection into periaqueductal gray (PAG) significantly attenuated the depressor effect elicited by stimulation of ARC,; S-PAG injection of equivolume of NAL was without effect. The results suggest that the ARC-elicited depressor response may be, in part, mediated through endorphin (beta-endorphin) released from its fiber-endings in PAG.
