慢性氟中毒大鼠肝、肾酸性磷酸酶活性的显微分光光度计测量研究MICROSPECTROPHOTOMETRIC STUDY OF ACID PHOSPHATASE ACTIVITY OF THE LIVER AND KIDNEY OF RATS WITH CHRONIC FLUOROSIS

摘要(Abstract):
本文报道应用 Univar 显微分光光度计对长期饲以50ppm 含氟水造成慢性氟中毒大鼠的肝、肾组织中的酸性磷酸酶活性进行测量研究,发现氟中毒大鼠肝、肾酸性磷酸酶的活性均较对照组明显降低,同时光镜下出现肝细胞坏死、肾曲管上皮局灶性坏死及基底膜崩解等病理形态变化。
We studied the ACPase activity of the liver and kidney of rats with chro- nic fluorosis induced by longterm drinking of water containing 50 ppm sodi- um fluoride with a computer communicated microspectrophotometer.The resu- lts showed that the ACPase activity of the liver and kidney of rats with chronic fluorosis were markedly decreased in comparison with the control group.In the experimental group,the ACPase activity of the liver was 1.2278 +0.61AU and the ACPase activity of the kidney was 6.74±2.75A.U,while in the control group,the ACPase activity of the liver was 3.8813±1.48AU and the ACPase activity of the kideny was 14.41±6.74AU.Necrosis of the liver cells and the proximal tubular epithelium of the kidney was also noticed under light microscope.
