免疫放射分析法测定孕妇全血促甲状腺激素
Measurement and Application of IRMA Blood TSH for Pregnant Women

摘要(Abstract):

应用免疫放射分析法(IRMA)测定孕妇血TSH水平并与传统的放射免疫分析法(RIA)作比较。结果:孕妇组TSH-RIA水平及HCG水平明显高于对照组(P<0.001),TSH-RIA水平与hCG水平呈显著正相关(r=0.62,P<0.01),孕妇组TSH-IRMA水平与对照组比较差异无显著性(P<0.05)。TSH-IRMA水平与hCG水平无相关性(r=0.03,P>0.05),作者认为,妊娠时TSH-RIA测定结果易受hCG干扰,TSH-IRMA测定能准确反映孕妇血中TSH水平而不受hCG影响。
As comparison, the immunoradiometric assay(IRMA) and the traditional radioimmunoassay (RIA) were used to measure blood TSH levels of pregnant women in the present study. The results showed: the levels of RIA thyroid-stimulating hormone (TSH) and human chorionic gonadotropin (hCG) in the pregnant women group were much higher than those in the control group(P<0. 00 1).There was a strong correlation relationship between RIA TSH levels and hCG levels in the pregnant women group(r=0. 62,P<0.01).The TSH-IRMA levels of the pregnant women group and the control group were no significant differences(P>0. 05),and there was no correlation relationship between the TSH-IRMA levels and hCG levels in the pregnant women group (r=0. 03, P>0. 05). The authors consider that during the period of pregnancy, blood hCG level is higher and the TSH-RIA level is usually influenced by hCG level. We conclude that measurement of TSH-IRMA level can reflect real blood TSH level of pregnant women and is not influenced by blood hCG level.
