中华按蚊视觉系统的形态结构

摘要(Abstract):

本文采用常规组织学方法和电子显微镜技术,对中华按蚊视觉系统的组织学结构及复眼的超微结构作了初步研究,并与其他昆虫的视觉系统作了对比。
The structure of the compound eye and optic lobe of An sinensis was investigated, The compound eye are composed of ommatidia ranging from 587±40 (N=49) (♀) and 489±33 (N=51) (). The differences of the number and size of facets between the 2 sexe3 are significant. Each ommatidium is composed of two parts, i. e. dioptric apparatus and retinula. The former consists of cornea, corneal lens and conecells. The latter is formed of eight retinular cells. rhabdom formed of eight rhabdomeres is fused type. The optic lobe of An. Si nensis consists of three main neupiles, i. e. lamina, medulla and lobulaor lobula complex.
