老年人听觉脑干诱发电位和短潜时体感诱发电位的对比研究
Study of Brain Stem Auditory Evoked Potontial and Short Latency Somatosensory Evoked Potential in Senile Healthy Persons

摘要(Abstract):

同时记录了30名健康老年人(60~83岁)的听觉脑干诱发电位(BAEP)和短潜时体感诱发电位(SSEP)发现:BAEP的Ⅰ波峰潜时,Ⅰ~Ⅲ,Ⅲ~Ⅴ峰间传导时间及SSEP的NCV、N_(20)-N_9-W、W值,在部分健康老年人可出现明显延长。Ⅰ~Ⅲ、Ⅲ~Ⅴ峰间传导时间、N_(20)-N_9-W值与W值的延长无同步关系。显示了中枢神经系统老化与实际年龄的不一致性和中枢神经系统各部老化程度的不一致性。
The brain stem auditory evoked potentials (BAEP) and short larsncy somatosensory evoked potentials (SSEP) were recorded in 30 healthy persons ranging in age from 60 to 83 years old. 40 healthy persons ranging in age from 20 to 42 years old served as a control. Wave I peak latency, Ⅰ~Ⅲ. Ⅲ~Ⅴ inter peak latency of BAEP and conduction velocity of the peripheral nervous system (NCV), conduction time in the cervical spinal cord, brain stem and thalamus, conduction time from to cerebral cortex of SSEP were found to be more delayed in some senile healthy persons than in the control group.
