摘要(Abstract):
Objective: To study the fluorescence spectra of tetraphenylporphyrine and its fluorescence quantum yields, so as to search for better photosensitizer. Methods: Fluorescence analysis was adopted to test the fluorescence spectra of tetraphenylporphyrine under different conditions, and reference method was used to measure the fluorescence quantum yields. Results: The fluorescence peaks shift to red a little in solvents with small polarity. The fluorescence intensity of the tetraphenylporphine complex with the metal ions is much low. The fluorescence quantum yields of the tetraphenylporphine and its substitutive derivatives had higher values in solvents CHCl 3 and DMSO. Conclusion: Tetraphenylporphine complex might be a better new photosensitizer source.
