摘要(Abstract):
本文报告了84例氟铝联合中毒患者及47例健康人血清的乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、肌酸磷酸激酶(CPK)、硷性磷酸酶(ALP)、钙(Ca~(2+))、磷(P~(2-))及镁(Mg~2)六项生化指标的分析。其中患者的LDH、CPK、Ca~2、P~(2-)均上升(P<0.01)、ALP下降(P<0.01),而Mg~2与健康人(对照组)对比无差异(P>0.5)。表明高铝环境中氟中毒的生化表现较单纯氟中毒复杂,支持了氟、铝联合作用或合并中毒的设想。
The serum levels of lactate dehydrogenase (LDH), ereatine phosphokinase, alkaline phosphatase (ALP), Ca, P and Mg were measured in 84 patients with fluorosis and 47 healthy volunteers in Shuieheng, an endemic fluorosis area with high aluminum content, of Guizhou provineeo The levels of LDH, CPK, Ca and P of the patients were higher than those of the controls (P<0.01,LDH=142±4u/L, CPK=178±7u/L, Ca~2=2.90±0.03 mmol/L,P~(2-)=1.70±0.01mmol/L, mean±SD), while the level of the patients'ALP was lower (P<0.01, 40±4 SDu/L). There was not any significant change in the patients'Mg~2 level (P>0.5,0.76±0.03mmol/L). The results reflected that the biochemical manifestations of endemie fluorosis in high aluminum-containing environment were more complicated than those of simple fluorosis, thereby suggesting the possibility of F-Al combined toxicosis.
