女性灼口综合征患者全血微量元素含量分析

摘要(Abstract):

目的:探讨女性灼口综合征患者血液微量元素铜、锌、钙、镁及铁水平的变化。方法:收集女性灼口综合征(BMS)患者33例为实验组,同龄正常女性30例为对照组,采用原子吸收光谱仪测定受检者手指末梢血中铜、锌、钙、镁、铁的含量,并进行比较。结果:BMS患者血液铁含量高于正常对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);铜、锌、钙、镁的含量与正常对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:BMS患者血液中铁含量升高,可能与BMS发病有关。
Objective: To study the changes of trace elements including copper,zinc,calcium,magnesium,iron in patients with burning mouth syndrome( BMS). Methods: Thirty-three women with BMS were selected as experiment group,and 30 healthy women served as control group. Atomic absorption spectrometer was adopted to detect the concentrations of copper,zinc,calcium,magnesium and iron in peripheral blood,and the results were compared. Results: The iron concentrations in experiment group was significantly higher than those in the control group( P < 0. 05). There is no statistical significant difference of the copper,zinc,calcium,magnesium concentrations between the two groups( P > 0. 05). Conclusions: Iron levels of BMS patients increase,which may relate to the pathogenesis of BMS.
