溶组织内阿米巴免疫粘附及免疫粘附血凝试验研究IAR and IAHA of E. histolytica

摘要(Abstract):
应用正交设计试验方法探讨了影响阿米巴免疫粘附玫瑰花形成的诸多因素,发现抗体浓度,补体浓度、孵育温度及指示人红细胞浓度均对成花率有显著影响,其中孵育温度为主要因素。还用本法确定了免疫粘附玫瑰花试验的佳化方案。另外,用绵羊红细胞作载体结合阿米巴可溶性抗原,成功地进行了微量免疫粘附血凝试验。该方法灵敏、可靠、特界性强,所用抗原试剂量少,有实用和推广价值。
The several factors which influence on IAR test are analysed by orthogonal experimental design in this paper. The results of analysis suggested that some factors have obvious influence on the percentage of IAR such as the concentration of the Ab., complement, HuRBC and incubating temperatures etc., The incubating temperature is main factor. The optimal scheme of IAR is determined by this method. The IAHA of amebae is performed successfully by using sRBC or rRBC sensitized with soluble Ag. of E.histolytica. It is more sensitive, reliable and specific.
