实验性氟铝联合作用时体内微量元素的变化The Changes of Trace Element in Cock with F-Al Combined Toxicosis

摘要(Abstract):
本实验用同日龄雄性贵农黄鸡48只,随机分成4组(对照组、Al组、NaF组及F+Al组),实验期3个月。于实验中及实验结束时测定血、粪、骨中10种元素含量,用方差分析和直线相关分析处理数据,结果表明各实验组中的一些元素间存在直线相关关系,与对照组相比有明显的变化。
Fourty eight GNH cocks of similar day-age and weight were randomly divided into four groups of 12 cocks each (control, Al, NaF, and F+Al groups). All animals were administrated for 3 months. Blood, feces and femur bone were collected for determining the contents of ten elements (F, Al, Cu, Zn, Ca, P, Mn, Mg, Fe, Mo) in the middle and the end of the experiment. By analysis of variance and linear correlation analysis, the results show that there exists a complex linear correlation between the ten elements, that significant changes were found in all experimental groups as compared with the control group.
