正交实验优选大红袍妇炎宁胶囊的水提工艺
Optimization of Water Extracting Technique of Dahongpaofuyanning Capsule with Orthogonal Test

摘要(Abstract):

目的:优选大红袍妇炎宁胶囊的最佳水提工艺。方法:应用L9(34)正交实验,以丹酚酸B和芍药苷提取量为考察指标,以加水量、提取时间和提取次数为考察因素,每个因素取3个水平进行正交实验。结果:大红袍妇炎宁胶囊的最佳水提工艺条件为A2B1C2,即提取2次,第1次加9倍量水,第2次加8倍量水,每次提取1 h。结论:优选的水提工艺稳定可行。
Objective:To optimize water extracting technology of Dahongpaofuyanning capsule(DFC)with orthogonal test.Methods: L9(34) orthogonal experiment was carried out with extraction quantity of salvianolic acid B and paeoniflorin as evaluation indexes,and water amount,extraction duration and extraction frequency as testing factors.Three levels of each factor were designed for the orthogonal experiment.Results: The optimal water extracting technology of DFC was A2B1C2 which meant extracting twice,adding ninefold water at the first time and adding eightfold water at the second time.extracting for 1 hour each time.Conclusions: This optimized water extracting technology of DFC is stable and feasible.
