大鼠全脑缺血及再灌注时不同脑区P物质和单胺类递质的动态变化Effects of Complete Ischemia and Reperfusion on Substance P and Monoamine Transmitter Levels in Different Areas of Rat Brain

摘要(Abstract):
本实验采用闭塞大鼠四条血管的脑缺血动物模型,在全脑缺血15min和缺血15min再灌注3h后分别观察海马、下丘脑和额叶大脑皮层内P物质和单胺类递质的动态变化。结果示:无论在脑缺血或脑再灌注时上述物质的含量均发生改变,但同一物质在不同脑区内以及相同脑区内不同物质的变化其程度不等,方向也不一致。提示不同脑区对脑缺血和脑再灌注可作出不同的反应。
The experiment was performed in a four vossels occlusion model of rats. The changes of substance P and monoamine transmitters in hippocampus, hypothalamus and cortex were observed respectively during 15 min complete cerebral ischemia and 15 min complete cerebral ischemia followed by reperfusion for 3h. The results indicated that the changes of substance P and monoamine transmitters varied in different areas of the rat brain and these two kinds of substance themselves showed different changes in a same area. The results showsed that the response in different cerebral areas to cerrebral ischemia and cerebral reperfusion were different. Substance P have been found to inter- act and/or co-exist with classical transmitters, such as monoamines, in same neuronal bodies or terminals. From the data presented in this paper we propose that these two kinds of substance might have some relation in the pathoph-y seiology of cerebral ischemia and cerebral reperfusion.
