摘要(Abstract)：

观察了5例新生仔兔和5例成年家兔十二指肠肠壁的组织结构及内分泌细胞。二者十二指肠中均有较多内分泌细胞,呈柱状、锥形、槌形、梭形、圆形等。嗜银颗粒粗大,不仅位于基底和顶端,且有些细胞的颗粒遍布胞质。细胞可分为开放型和闭合型,提示可能有内分泌和外分泌两种作用。
The duodenum of 5 newborn and 5 adult rabbits were observed with HE and double silver staining methods under light microscope.There were numerous endocrine cells in the duodenum of both newborn and adult rabbits. The endocrine cells might assume various forms as columnar, pyramidal, hammer, spindle and round in shape.The coarse and large argyrophil granules were distributed not only at the base and the top,but also around the nuclei of the cells. The open or close type endocrine cells could be distinguished. It is suggested that the endocrine cells might possess endocrine as well as exocrine function.
