鼻咽癌内微血管密度与颈部淋巴结转移的关系
Relationship between Microvascular Density and Cerxical Lymph Node Metastasis in Nasopharyngeal Carcinoma

摘要(Abstract):

目的 :探讨鼻咽癌组织内微血管密度与颈部淋巴结转移的关系。方法 :应用免疫组织化学Envison法 ,对 80例鼻咽癌 (nasopharyngealcarcinoma ,NPC)的非角化性癌 (non keratinxingcarcinoma ,NKC)和 30例同时期鼻咽黏膜慢性炎症 (non tumornasopharyngeal,NP)进行血管内皮细胞CD34标记 ,并计数微血管密度 (microvasculardensity ,MVD)。结果 :80例NKC中MVD为 18 84± 5 4 6 ,30例NP的MVD为 13 4± 4 5 4 ,两组差异有显著性 (P <0 0 0 1) ;80例NKC中有颈部淋巴结转移 5 0例 ,MVD为 19 80± 5 6 7;无淋巴结转移 30例 ,MVD为 17 2 3± 4 76 ,两组间的差异有显著性 (P <0 0 5 )。结论 :鼻咽癌组织中的MVD与颈部淋巴结转移发生密切相关 ,提示它可以作为预测鼻咽癌颈部淋巴结转移的一个有用指标。
Objective: To study the relationship between the microvascular density (MVD) and cervical lymph node metastasis of nasopharyngeal carcinoma. Methods: In tissues from 80 cases of nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC) and 30 cases of non tumor nasopharyngeal (NT), the vascular endothelial cell were marked with CD34 by Envision immunohistochemical method, and MVDs were counted. Results: The mean MVD in 80 cases of NPC was 18 84±5 46, and in 30 cases of NT was 13 4±4 54. There were significant differences between NPC and NT ( P <0 001). Among the 80 NPC cases, there were 50 cases with cervical lymph node metastasis and 30 cases without, and the MVDs were 19 80±5 67 and 17 23±4 76 respectively ( P <0 05); Conclusions: MVD is significantly correlated with cervical lymph node metastasis in NPC, and may serve as a valueful index of cervical lymph node metastasis.
