荔波少数民族人群HBV感染与ESRα基因Pvu Ⅱ和T29C位点基因多态性研究

摘要(Abstract):

目的:了解贵州荔波少数民族人群雌激素受体(ESRα)基因PvuⅡ位点和T29C位点多态性与乙型肝炎病毒(HBV)易感性的关系。方法:选取贵州荔波县少数民族健康对照91例和HBs Ag携带者80例,采用聚合酶链式反应-限制性片段长度多态性(PCR-RFLP)方法测定受检者基因组中ESRα基因PvuⅡ和T29C位点多态性,分析两位点多态性与HBV易感性的关系。结果:在荔波少数民族健康对照组和HBs Ag携带组中均检出ESRα基因PvuⅡ和T29C位点3种基因型,但3种基因频率和等位基因频率在两组间分布差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:ESRα基因的PvuⅡ和T29C基因多态性与荔波少数民族人群中乙肝感染无关。
Objective: Analysis on the correlation of the polymorphism of estrogen receptor( ESRα)gene PvuⅡ and T29 C loci with hepatitis B virus( HBV) infection in Libo minority population of Guizhou province. Methods: Polymerase chain reaction restriction fragment length polymorphism( PCR-RFLP) technique was used to analyze the polymorphism of PvuⅡ and T29 C loci in 91 healthy controls and 80 HBs Ag carriers,the correlation of these two loci with susceptibility to HBV was analyzed. Results: Three genotypes of ESRα PvuⅡ and T29C loci were detected in both control group and HBs Ag group. Between two groups,the three kinds of gene frequency and allele frequency distribution showed no statistical difference( P > 0. 05). Conclusions: The PvuⅡ and T29 C loci gene polymorphism of ESR is not associated with HBV susceptibility in Libo minority nationality.
