正常人HC导联与Wilson导联在右胸导联中的比较

摘要(Abstract):

对48例健康老年人应用HC导联心电图及Wilson导联心电图对比测定,结果如下:HC导联心电图P波在右胸导联上振幅高、形态清晰,R波呈递增趋势,Q波较小,T波均为直立。我们认为,当HC导联心电图T波在右胸V_3R~V_9R导联中出现倒置或由直立变为倒置的动态变化,有助于右心疾患的诊断。又由于右胸HC导联心电图各波分布状态及其演变规律与左胸图形一致,对右心室疾病的诊断提供了较理想的基础条件及借鉴左室疾病诊断标准的可能性。
Conventional Wilson Lead electrocardiography has been used in clinical practice for several decades to devote itself to the diagnosis of heart diseases. But it is very difficultly to diagnose right heart diseases with right-side chest lead because of its lower amplitude of the waves. Recently, Ying Bingsheng advanced a new electrocardiographic lead theory—Head and Chest Lead system (HCL) and acquired experimental result to counteract its own weakness of Wilson lead. The authors applied HCL to examinate 48 healthy old people. the results were in keeping with what required by Ying Binsheng: there were higher amplitude and distincter shape of the P wave, amplitude of R wave was increased progressively, and that of Q wave was smaller, of all the T wave was straight. The authors consider that the shape and evolutional regularity of the HCL are in keeping with that of tha Wilson leftside chest lead. Therefore, it is probable for the diagnosis of right ventrical diseases using diagnostic standard of left ventrical diseases.
