大鼠门静脉高压食管静脉曲张动物模型
A Rat Model of Esophageal Varices with Portal Hypertension

摘要(Abstract):

目的:建立大鼠门静脉高压食管静脉曲张的模型。方法:20只雄性SD大鼠随机分为对照组(假手术组)和实验组,实验组行门静脉两步法结扎加左肾上腺静脉结扎。结果:门静脉完全结扎后两周,实验组大鼠门静脉压力较对照组明显升高[20.90±3.27)cmH_2O vs(11.43±1.55)cmH_2O,P<0.01)],食管下段黏膜下血管数量及血管截面积皆较对照组明显增加(P<0.01)。结论:门静脉两步结扎加左肾上腺静脉结扎可建立门静脉高压食管静脉曲张的大鼠模型。
Objective: To establish a rat model of esophageal varices with portal hypertension. Methods: 20 SD rats were randomly divided into 2 groups (10 in each): control group (sham operation) and trail group which was given a 2 - steps ligation of the portal vein plus ligation of the left adrenal vein. Results: In 2 weeks of the complete ligation of the portal vein, the average portal pressure in the trail group was significantly higher than that of the control (20. 90 ±3. 27 cm H2O vs 11. 43 ± 1. 55 cm H2O, P < 0. 01 ) . The number of veins and vessel area in esophageal submucosa of the experimental rats increased significantly compared with the controls ( P < 0. 01 ). Conclusion: A rat model of e-sophageal varices can be established successfully with this method.
