摘要(Abstract)：

对１５００名正常婴幼儿及青少年进行身高、体重调查，并统计尺桡骨、腕骨、掌指骨的骨发育分值，研究几种骨发育指标之间的相关关系；结果表明我市儿童发育明显提前，提示手腕部的骨化情况可作为评估儿童发育的指标。
The weight, height, skeletal development and maturity were studied in 1 500 normal infants and adolescents between the ages of 0. 25 and 21 (male 750, female 750) in Guiyang city, Results showed that the development o f infant and adolescent in our province nowadays was significantly faster than that in our country in the year 1985. The relatinship between height and skeletal development was also discussed in the paper.The weight and height in developing kept in synchronism with skeletal development. Height increased with increasing of biological age and the peak of male' s yearly increment in height is from 12 to 13 years, female' s from 9 to 10 years, There wec the positive correlations between height(H) and length(S) of metacarpal Ⅲ plus phalanx I(male regression coefficient r=0. 44～0. 73, female r= 0. 45～0. 83) and regression equations were set up(male H=25.02+1.35 S, female H=25.21+1.31 S)。
