摘要(Abstract)：

本文应用结肠非低张双重对比灌肠造影诊断结肠病变,这是一种简单的方法。本文根据150例的实践径验介绍了技术、病人的准备、有关造影剂的问题和正常所见,并通过具体的病例阐述了结肠非低张双重对比检查的临床应用价值,并指出了本法的不足之处。
Non-hypotonic colon double contrast enema is a simple method for detecting organic lessions of colon.ln our data,there were 150 patients with non-hypo- tonic colon double contrast enema,among them 80 cases(53.33%)with abnor- mal radiograph,others proved by surgery aed endoscopy were cancer 12,polyp 8, tuberculosis 1,diverculum 1,post-operative narrow of colon signoideum 1 and colitis 22.The accurate diagnostic rate on disease of colon by this method was higher than that by single barium enema,especially for polyp,Such method also may be used for differential diagnosis between benign and malignant disorders. Clinical application of this method was evaluated,but its shortcoming of this method is that it may produce false appearance with unsuitable management.
