2型糖尿病患者血清ApoB_(100)水平与代谢综合征的关系

摘要(Abstract):

目的:比较2型糖尿病无代谢综合征患者与2型糖尿病合并代谢综合征患者的血清ApoB100水平,了解ApoB100与代谢综合征的关系。方法:将146例2型糖尿病患者分成两组:无合并代谢综合征组以及合并代谢综合征组,测定ApoB100水平;同时采用Pearson多元相关分析ApoB100与代谢综合征各组分的相关性,根据患者伴发的代谢综合征组分数目分为1~3组,并对组间ApoB100水平进行统计分析。结果:2型糖尿病合并代谢综合征组患者的ApoB100水平比2型糖尿病无代谢综合征组患者的ApoB100水平高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),血清中ApoB100水平随着伴发的代谢综合征组分数目的增加而增加;2型糖尿病患者ApoB100水平与腰围、体重指数、甘油三酯、总胆固醇呈显著正相关(P<0.01),与高密度脂蛋白胆固醇、ApoA-I呈负相关(P<0.01),与血压、空腹血糖无明显相关性。结论:2型糖尿病患者血清ApoB100水平与代谢综合征关系密切。
Objective: To compare ApoB100 levels of type 2 diabetic mellitus(T2DM) patients with and without metabolic syndrome(MS),and so as to learn the correlation between serum ApoB100 and MS.Methods: Total 146 T2DM patients were divided into two groups: MS group and none MS group.ApoB100 levels were detected.Pearson multiple correlation analysis was applied to study the relationship between ApoB100 and MS.MS group was again divided into three groups according to the number of MS components,and the differences of ApoB100 levels among the three groups were statistically analyzed.Results: The ApoB100 levels in MS groups were significantly higher than that in none MS group(P<0.01).ApoB100 levels increased along with the increase of MS components.ApoB100 level positively correlated with waist circumference,body mass index,triglyceride,total cholesterol,and negatively correlated with high density lipoprotein cholesterol and ApoA-I(P<0.01).The correlation of ApoB100 level with blood pressure and fasting blood glucose was not obvious.Conclusions: Intimate relationship exists between serum ApoB100 and MS in T2DM patients.
