贵阳市汉族、布依族和苗族健康青少年尿沉渣定量分析
A Quantitative Analysis on Adolescent Urinary Sediment from Buyi, Miao, and Han Nationalities

摘要(Abstract):

目的 :建立健康青少年尿沉渣定量计数参考范围 ,并观察少数民族与汉族中学生尿沉渣定量计数有无差异。方法 :用DiasysR/S2 0 0 3型尿沉渣定量分析工作站随机对贵阳市 14 6 8名健康中学生的尿沉渣进行定量分析调查 ,其中汉族 4 81名、布依族 5 0 6名、苗族 4 81名。结果 :经F检验 ,布依族、苗族与汉族中学生彼此之间红细胞、白细胞均无显著性差异 (P >0 0 5 ) ;尿液中红细胞 95 %可信上限男性为 4个 /μl,女性为 8个 /μl;白细胞 :男性为 6个 /μl,女性为 9个 /μl。男女间红、白细胞均有显著性差异 (P <0 0 5 )。 结论 :尿液红细胞、白细胞与民族无关 ,与性别有关。该调查结果对中学生尿沉渣定量计数参考范围的确定和尿液标准化检验的推广和临床应用提供了依据。
Objective: To establish the reference range of urine sediment of healthy adolescence and to observe if there would be any difference between minorities and the Han nationality in the urine sediment. Methods: Urinary samples were randomly collected and examined with DiasysR/S2003 urine sediment workstation in Guiyang city. The urinary samples belonged to 1468 adolescences including Han(481), Buyi(506), and Miao(481). Results: No significant difference(P>0.05)was found among the different nationalities, but significant differences (P<0.05) occurred between men and woman: urinary erythrocytes were 0~4/μl in man and 0~8/μl in woman; urinary leukocytes were 0~6/μl in man, and 0~9/μl in woman. Conclusions: There is no relationship between the urine erythrocytes and leukocytes with the different nationalities. But they relate to sex. The reference values collected here provide a basis for standard and expanded use.
