复方参芪颗粒治疗儿童呼吸道反复感染疗效分析

摘要(Abstract):

目的:观察复方参芪颗粒对儿童呼吸道反复感染治疗效果。方法:81例呼吸道反复感染患儿随机分治疗组和对照组,治疗组应用复方参芪颗粒,对照组应用玉屏风颗粒,比较两组疗效。结果:治疗组患儿41例中显效30例,有效8例,总有效率为92.7%;对照组患儿40例,显效22例,有效7例,总有效率为72.5%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:复方参芪颗粒治疗儿童呼吸道反复感染疗效优于玉屏风颗粒。
Objective: To investigate the efficacy of compound ginseng and astragalus particles as treatment for repeated respiratory tract infection in children. Methods: 81 patients were divided randomly into treatment group and control group,The treatment group used compound ginseng and astragalus particle treatment,control group used Yupingfeng particle therapy. Comparing the efficacy. Results: The application of compound ginseng and astragalus particle in repeated respiratory infection in41 children,30 cases were markedly effective,8 cases effectively,the total effective rate was 92. 7%;application of Yupingfeng on 40 children,22 cases were markedly effective,effective 7 cases,the total effective rate was 72. 5%. Differences of the two groups were statistically significant( P < 0. 05).Conclusions: Compound ginseng and astragalus particles are more effective than Yupingfeng particles in treating repeated respiratory tract infection in children.
