复方荭草冻干粉针剂对麻醉犬血流动力学的影响

摘要(Abstract):

目的:观察注射用复方荭草冻干粉针剂(FFHC)对麻醉犬血流动力学的作用。方法:分别以1.2,2.4,4.8 g/kg生药(低、中、高剂量)静脉注射给予麻醉开胸犬,观察给药后麻醉犬血压心率、心输出量与冠脉流量等血流动力学指标的变化。结果:FFHC高剂量组对麻醉犬动脉的舒张压(DAP)、平均动脉压(MAP)有降压趋势,对心率(HR)有减慢趋势,部分时间点与对照组比较差异显著;FFHC中、高剂量组能明显增加麻醉犬心输出量(CO)、冠脉流量(CBF)。结论:FFHC具有改善心功能的作用,有一定的研究开发前景。
Objective: To investigate hemodynamic changes in anaesthetized open-chest dogs after the intravenous injection of Fufanghongcao(FFHC) freeze-dried powder.Methods: The hemodynamic indexes of open-chest dogs were observed after intravenous injection of crude drugs of Polygonum orientale L.at doses of 1.2,2.4,4.8 g/kg.Results: 4.8 g/kg FFHC had the potency of decreasing the DAP,MAP,and HR of the experimental dogs,and test results in experimental group were significantly different from those in control group at some time points.2.4 and 4.8 g/kg of FFHC significantly increased CO,CBF of the experimental dogs.Conclusions: FFHC has effect of improving cardiac function,which indicates FFHC has a perspective of research and development.
