单纯脑白质疏松症患者的事件相关电位P300研究
A Study of Event-related Potential P300 in Patients with Simple Leukoaraiosis

摘要(Abstract):

目的:观察单纯脑白质疏松症(Leukoaraiosis,LA)患者事件相关电位P300改变的特点,探讨P300对LA患者的临床应用价值。方法:30例经MRI检查显示有LA患者以及30例正常健康对照组,使用MMSE量表对患者进行评分无认知功能障碍后,使用肌电诱发电位仪完成P300的检测。结果:单纯LA组P3波面积和对照组相比明显降低,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05);单纯LA组N1,P2,N2,P3潜伏期与对照组比较有所延长,差异均无显著性意义(P>0.05);单纯LA组N1,P2,N2、波幅和对照组比较有所延长,差异均无显著性意义(P>0.05);单纯LA组P3波幅对照组比较明显降低,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05);单纯LA组P300异常率为30%(9/30),与对照组相比差异有显著性。结论:单纯LA患者P300有改变,可作为LA患者认知功能评定客观指标之一。
Objective:To observe the characteristics of changes of event-related potential P300 in patients with simple leukoaraiosis (LA) and to explore the clinical value of P300. Methods: Thirty MRI confirmed LA patients (disease group,group D),and 30 healthy elderly people (control group,group C) were chosen,and their cognitive function was judged with MMSE scale form. Potential P300 of them was detected with instrument of EMG. Results: P3 wave area was significantly smaller in group D than that in group C (P<0.05). Latencies of N1,P2,N2,and P3 were longer in group D than those in group C,but the differences were not significant (P>0.05);Amplitudes of N1,P2,and N2 were longer in group D than those in group C,but the differences were not significant (P>0.05);The amplitude of P3 was significantly lower in group D than in group C (P<0.05). The abnormity rate of P300 in group D (30%) was obviously different from that of group C. (P<0.05). Conclusion: The examination results of P300 can be used as one of indicators for cognitive function judgement in LA patients.
