1000例正常人发电子自旋共振(ESR)波谱的饱和特性研究

摘要(Abstract):

本文报道1000例正常人发自由基的电子自旋共振波谱饱和功率(ESR-SP)的检测结果。所得正常值的全组中位数为2.496mw;95%上下限分别为2.989及1.720mw。如按性别统计,则女性下限(1.617mw)较男性(1.983mw)为低,(P<0.05)。按年龄分别统计,则40岁以上的中位数(2.376mw)及其下限(2.009mw)高于40岁以下的中位数(2.548mw)及其下限(1.597mw),两者差异有显著性(P<0.05)及极显著性(P<0.01)。因此在使用此正常值指标时,必须注意性别与年龄因素。
Electron Spin Resonance (ESR) spectral technique is one of the best superior method for the free radical (FR) determination.In this paper, we present the results of ESR satuation power (SP) in the 1000 normals hair.All of them was healthy by medical examination, aged 10 to 79 years, 391 were males and 609 were females.The ESR-SP of hair was measured by JEOL JES-FE IX type ESR spectrometer (Japan), Results : the median values of ESR-SP on g=0.0035±0.015 in hair was 2.496mw and the values of 95% upper and lower limits were 2.988mw and 1.720mw respectively.As analysis with sex and age, the values of lower limit in male (1.983mw) was lower than in female (1.617mw), the median value (2.376mw) and lower limit in adults aged over 40 wore different from those who aged less than 40 (median 2.548mw, lower limit 1.579mw).these differences were significant (p<0.05 and 0.005).So as we use this normal range, the sex and should be considered.
