摘要(Abstract)：

自1986年6月以来,应用显微外科技术,经精索内淋巴管—静脉套入术治疗乳糜尿6例。随访4例,疗效满意。本文介绍手术方法,着重提出:当精索内淋巴管显著细于静脉口径时,推荐作淋巴管—静脉退缩式套入法吻合。本手术简易、创伤小、安全、有效、无并发症,值得推广。
The telescoping anastomosis of lymphatic vessels and veins with 9—11 “O” nylon suture in the spermatic cord by microsugical technique was used to treat chyluria since June 1986.Four cases were followed up for 4—13 mo- nths.Short-term result is excellent.Injuring to the patient is minimal and the procedure is rather simple,safe and effective.The operation technique was described in this paper.When the lymphatic calibre is obviously thinner than vein.the microsurgical technique by end-in-side returning telescoping the lymphatic vessels into veins is recommended.
