摘要(Abstract)：

测定了６５２例贵阳地区汉族及少数民族孕妇静脉血中巨细胞病毒（ＣＭＶ）、风疹病毒（ＲＶ）、单纯疱疹病毒（ＨＳＶ）、弓形虫（Ｔｇ）的特异性抗体，发现抗体阳性率高，ＲＶ及ＨＳＶＩｇＧ阳性有民族差异性（Ｐ＜０．０５），ＲＶＩｇＧ及ＩｇＭ阳性有年龄差异（Ｐ＜０．０５），ＣＭＶＩｇＭ阳性有年龄差异（Ｐ＜０．０１），ＣＭＶＩｇＧ阳性有孕期差异（Ｐ＜０．０１）。同时配对测定母血与脐血５９例，发现３例病毒ＩｇＭ阳性及１例ＴｇＣＡ阳性的孕妇其新生儿脐血中ＩｇＭ及ＴｇＣＡ也阳性，提示病原体可直接通过胎盘感染胎儿。发现孕妇有上述４种病原体混合感染，混合感染无民族差异，认为ＲＶ、ＣＭＶ、ＨＳＶ、Ｔｇ作为孕妇的常规检测项目有重要意义，尤其是感染高发的年龄和孕期

It is regarding the virnus and Tg can infect foetus through placenta It is regarding that the routine testing of RV, HSV, CMV, and Tg is necessary
