677例围绝经期女性维生素D3水平及其影响因素

摘要(Abstract):

目的:探讨贵阳市围绝经期女性维生素D3水平及其影响因素。方法:随机抽取年龄40~60岁围绝经期体检女性677例进行问卷调查,内容包括一般情况、饮食及运动情况,月经情况及改良Kupperman评分表等,使用罗氏E170电化学发光免疫分析仪测定血清25(OH)D3水平,观察维生素D3的影响因素,并进行单因素和多因素分析。结果:维生素D3水平缺乏332例(49.04%),不足264例(39%),正常81例(11.96%),平均维生素D3水平为(21.10±8.05)μg/L;年龄、月经情况、喝牛奶和锻炼情况为维生素D3的影响因素;在56岁之前,维生素D3的水平随着年龄增加而降低,56岁之后有所增高;在围绝经期女性月经不规律时的维生素D3水平最低,绝经后有所升高;绝经为维生素D3的危险因素,喝牛奶及锻炼是保护因素。结论:贵阳市围绝经期女性维生素D3普遍缺乏,月经不规律可作为补充维生素D3的重要标志,喝牛奶及锻炼可以改善围绝经期妇女体内维生素D3的含量。
Objective: To discuss the level and the influence factors of vitamin D3 in perimenopausal women in Guiyang. Methods: A random survey was conducted among 677 female patients who were between 40 and 60 years from health examination of perimenopause,including general condition,diet and exercise,menstruation and modified Kupperman scale. The level of serum 25( OH) D3 was detected by Roche E170 electrochemiluminescence immunoassay system; the influence factor of Vitamin D3 was observed; univariate and multivariate analyses were performed. Results: The level of vitamin D3 deficiency in 332 cases( 49. 04%) and 264 cases of deficiency( 39%),81 cases were normal( 11. 96%). The average level of vitamin D3 was( 21. 10 ± 8. 05) μg/L. The factors of age,menstruation,milk and exercise affected vitamin D3. Before 56 years,the level of vitamin D3 decreased with age,and increased after 56 years. The levels of vitamin D3 were lowest in postmenopausal women with irregular menstruation and increased after menopause. Menopause was a risk factor for vitamin D3.Milk and exercise were protective factors. Conclusion: Deficiency of vitamin D3 is common among perimenopausal women in Guiyang. Irregular menstruation can be used as an important marker to supplement vitamin D3. Milk and exercise can improve the vitamin D3 content in perimenopausal women.
