摘要(Abstract)：

目的 :评价善得定和垂体后叶素治疗肝硬化上消化道出血的药物疗效与治疗成本。方法 :6 9例肝硬化上消化道出血病人随机分为善得定治疗组、垂体后叶素对照组 ,运用药物经济学成本 -效果比进行分析。结果 :治疗组的平均止血时间为 2 7 4 8h ,总有效率为 91 4 3% ,成本 -效果比为 14 2 7;对照组平均止血时间为 36 4 4h ,总有效率为 82 35 % ,成本 -效果比为 9 0 3。结论 :肝硬化上消化道出血的治疗可首选成本 -效果比较低的垂体后叶素 ,如效果不佳及时更换善得定治疗。
Objective: To evaluate the effectiveness and costs of two pharmacotherapeutic schemes for hemorrhage of upper digestive tract caused by liver cirrhosis. Methods: 69 patients were divided into sandostain treating group and pituitarinum posterius treating group randomly. Evaluation was carried out with pharamacoeconomic cost effectiveness anlysis. Results: The effective rate with sandostain was 91 43% in a mean of 27 48 hours, while that with pituitarinum posterius was 82 35% in a mean of 36 44 hours. The cost effectiveness of sandostain therapy and pituitarinum posterius therapy were 14 27 and 9 03, respectively. Conclusion: According to the evaluation with pharmacoeconomic cost effectiveness analysis, the therapeutic scheme of pituitarinum posterius seems to be the better one for treating hemorrhage of digestive tract resulted from liver cirrhosis.
