c-IAP1和c-IAP2及Survivin在肝细胞性肝癌中的表达

摘要(Abstract):

目的 :探讨原发性肝细胞性肝癌 (HCC)中凋亡抑制蛋白c IAP1,c IAP2和Survivin的表达及其意义。方法 :采用免疫组织化学技术 (S P法 )和图像分析技术检测 38例原发性肝细胞性肝癌、18例癌旁肝硬化组织和 10例正常肝组织中c IAP1,c IAP2和Survivin表达 ,并结合临床病理特征进行分析。结果 :c IAP1和c IAP2在HCC中的表达率分别为 84 2 %和 10 0 % ;在癌旁肝硬化组织中的表达率均为 10 0 % ;c IAP1和c IAP2在HCC和癌旁肝硬化组织中表达强度与其在正常肝组织中的表达强度的差异无显著性 (P >0 0 5 )。Survivin在 73 7% (2 8/38)的HCC中表达 ,在正常肝组织中的表达率为 7 9% ;且在HCC中的表达强度和表达率均高于正常肝组织 (P <0 0 5 )。c IAP1,c IAP2和Survivin在高分化、中分化和低分化肝细胞肝癌中的表达强度的差异均无显著性 (P >0 0 5 )。c IAP1,c IAP2和Survivin在有血管内癌栓形成的HCC中的表达强度高于无血管内癌栓形成的HCC中的表达强度 (P <0 0 5 )。c IAP2在肝细胞性肝癌、癌旁肝硬化组织和正常肝组织中表达强度分别高于c IAP1(P <0 0 5 ) ;而cIAP1高于Survivin(P <0 0 5 )。结论 :Survivin在HCC中的表达率和表达强度增加 ;c IAP2在肝细胞性肝癌中的表达强度最高 ;c IAP1,c IAP2和Survivin?
Objective: To investigate the expression of the inhibitor of apoptosis proteins c IAP1, c IAP2 and survivin in hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC), and their relationship with clinicopathological features. Methods: Immunohistochemical technique (S P) and image analysis were used to detect the expression ratio and intensity of c IAP1, c IAP2 and survivin in 38 cases of HCC, 18 cases of non cancerous adjacent cirrhosis tissues and 10 cases of normal liver tissues.Results: Expression of c IAP1, and c IAP2 was observed in HCC, non cancerous adjacent cirrhosis tissues and normal liver tissues. No higher expression in HCC, and non cancerous adjacent cirrhosis tissues (P>0 05)was found. Expression of survivin was detected in 73 7% of HCC with higher levels in HCC than in normal liver tissues (P<0 05). No significant differences were observed for c IAP1, c IAP2 and survivin expression levels in different differentiated HCC, but significant differences were observed for c IAP1, c IAP2 and survivin expression levels in both HCC, with intravascular cancer embolus and without intravascular cancer embolus, respectively. Expression intensity of c IAP2 was higher than that of cIAP1, and expression intensity of c IAP1was higher than that of survivin in HCC, non cancerous adjacent cirrhosis tissues and normal liver tissues, respectively. Conclusion: Expression ratio and intensity of survivin are increased in HCC. Expression intensity of c IAP2 is the highest in HCC among the 3 proteins. Expression levels of c IAP1, c IAP2 and survivin are not related to the degree of differentiation of HCC, and higher levels of c IAP1, c IAP2 and survivin may be related to metastasis of the cancer.
