贵州威宁草海国家级自然保护区蚊蚋类调查Fauna of Mosquitoes and Blackflies(Diptera:Culicidae and Simuliidae) in the Caohai National Reserve,Weining County,Guizhou Province,China

摘要(Abstract):
目的:调查贵州威宁草海国家级自然保护区蚊蚋相。方法:收集贵州威宁草海国家级自然保护区内有水环境的积水或流水中水生植物和石头上的蚊、蚋类幼虫、蛹,培育出蚊、蚋成虫,经形态学和DNA条形码技术进行分类鉴定。结果:在保护区沿岸共采集到蚊幼虫400余条,育出成虫68头;蚋蛹400头、幼虫1 000余条,育出成虫159头;经经形态学和DNA条形码技术鉴定为蚊科(Family Culicidae Meigan,1818)2亚科3属共10种,占贵州省记述种9.17%;蚋科(Family Simuliidae Newman,1834)1亚科1属共8种,占贵州省记述种21.62%;调查亦见贵州省新记述五指库蚊、窄足真蚋和昌隆蚋。结论:此次调查贵州威宁草海国家级自然保护区蚊科10种、蚋科8种,多为嗜吸人、畜血常见种。
Objective: To investigate the fauna of mosquitoes and blackflies in the Caohai National Reserve( CNR),Weining county,Guizhou,China. Methods: Larvae and pupae of mosquito and blackfly were collected from surrounding area of CNR. Adults of mosquito and blackfly were obtained by pupae. Sample species were identified according to morphological and Barcode DNA characteristics. Results: Mosquitoes were identified into 3 genera comprising 10 species which taken up 9. 17%of the recorded species in Guizhou. Blackflies were classified into 1 genera comprising 8 species which taken up 21. 62% of the recorded species in Guizhou. Conclusion: There are 18 mosquito and blackfly species in CNR,and most of them are known as disease spreading pests for human and animal.
