密蒙花对正常及免疫低下小鼠的免疫调节作用
The Immunity Regulation Effect of Buddleid officidlia Maxim Towards Normal and Immunity Deficiency Mice

摘要(Abstract):

用外周血T淋巴细胞酸性α-醋酸萘酶(ANAE)法和免疫器官(脾、胸腺)与小鼠体重的比值两个指标,研究密蒙花(BuddleidofficidliaMaxim)对雌性小鼠免疫功能影响情况。结果:密蒙花煎提液组、密蒙花煎提液加环磷酰胺(CP)组分别与阴性对照组比较,脾脏和胸腺的相对重量均无显著性差异(P>0.05);密蒙花煎提液组与阴性对照组比较,ANAE阳性率有显著性差异(P<0.01);密蒙花煎提液加CP组与阴性对照组比较,ANAE阳性率有增高趋势。提示密蒙花对环磷酰胺造成的小鼠免疫功能受损有一定的拮抗作用。
With the indicators,the positive rate of LNaphthyl acetate (ANAE) of T Lymph Cell in peripheral blood and the ratio of immunity organs (spleen and thymus) to body weight,the immunity regulation effect of Buddleid officidlia Maxim (BOM) have been researched in female mice,which,divided into four groupsNegative Control Group,Positive Control Group (intaking the extracted liquid from BOM,10 000 mg/kgbw) and Mixed Group (intaking the extracted liquid from BOM,10 000 mg/kgbw+CP,25 mg/kgbw),have ben raised for 21 days.The results show that there is no difference in relative weight of immunity organs among the Negative Control Group,BOM Group and Mixed Group (P>005).But,as to the positive rate of ANAE,compared with the Negative Control,there are significant difference in the BOM Group and increasing tendency in the Mixed Group (P<001).It is revealed that Buddleid officidlia Maxim has certain antagonism to the damage of immunity function caused by CP in mice.
