一起严重的酵米面黄杆菌食物中毒A SERIOUS FOOD POISONING FROM FLAVOBACTERIUM FARCINOFERMATAUS N.SP.

摘要(Abstract):
回顾在我省首次发现的一起酵米面黄杆菌食物中毒事件。发病8人于6日内全部死亡,为国内所罕见。本文还对本病的病原学研究进展、病理改变和预防进行了讨论。
A serious food poisoning from flavobacterium farcinofermataus n.sp.found at Xingyi County in Guizhou on Jul.1971 was reported.It was first discovered in Guizhou.Eight persons had eaten such“poisoning food”,and all died within six days.Two of them were autopsied.The main pathological changes inclued three respects:1.Degeneration and nerosis of cells in liver,kindey,brain and heart etc.parenchymatous organs especially in liver;2.The hemorrhagical ne- crosis of mucous menbrane in gastrointestinal tract,biliary tract and gallblader 3.Spotty and patchy hemorrhage in general serous membrane.Two cases of neropsy in this paper are hepato-nephritic mixed type and find blood in gallblader,which has not be described in other literature.According to the literature,the prevention,etiology and pathology of food poisoning from flavo- bacterium farcinofermataus n.sp.were discussed.
