几种农药对大肠杆菌等细菌生长的影响

摘要(Abstract):

观察了六种农药对大肠杆菌等细菌生长的影响。结果表明,乐果和敌敌畏等有机磷类农药对所试菌种的生长都有抑制作用。但抑菌浓度远远高于农田中实际使用浓度。试验浓度的拟菊酯类和苯-酯类农药对革兰阳性菌有较强的抑制作用,但对革兰阴性杆菌包括固氮菌则几乎无抑制作用。
In this paper, we reported the effects of the pesticides on growth of E. coli etc. The results indicated that the growth of the bacteria studied in our experiment was inhibited by the organic phosphorus pesticides such as dichlovos and dimeltoate, but the degree of inbition was variable with the species of bacteria, The concentration of pesticidies which inhibited the growth of bacteria was higher than concentration of practical application in the field. In generally, the effects of the pesticides on the ecology of the microbes in the fields is insignificant, when the pesticides are easy to be degraded. If the concentration of residual pesticides is too higher or the pesticides are difficultly to be degraded, the ecology of the microbes would be affected by these products in the fields, The synthetic pyrethroid and phenyl ester etc. inhibited the Gram positive microbe, but not the Gram negative bacillus, Does negative bacillus has some mechanisms to degrade these pesticides or can use the sensitivity of Gram positive microbes to the pesticides as an index for bilolgic assay of pesticides pollution? It should be studed more over.
