9-11岁儿童血铅含量和营养状况对生长发育的影响

摘要(Abstract):

目的 :研究 9~ 11岁儿童血铅含量和营养状况对儿童生长发育的影响。方法 :对贵阳市不同地区学校 9~ 11岁儿童进行血铅含量、营养状况和生长发育的指标 (身高、体重、胸围 )进行调查 ,并对儿童的身高、体重和胸围进行主成分分析 ,用Z1代表生长发育的指标 ,分析血铅含量、营养状况对儿童生长发育的影响。结果 :血铅和营养状况对儿童的生长发育均有影响 ,同时两者还具有交互作用。结论 :防治铅污染、加强儿童营养是促进正常儿童生长发育的重要措施之一
Objective: To study the effects of lead content in blood and nutrition status on 9~11 years old children for their growth and development. Methods: Blood lead content and nutrition status of 9~11 years old children and indexes of their growth and development (body height and body weight and chest circumference) were investigated in Guiyang. Data of body height and body weight and chest circumference were treated with principal component analysis. The Z 1 was used as marker representing growth and development to analyze the relatingship between lead content in blood and nutrition status and children's growth and development. Results: Lead content in blood and nutrition status effected on children's growth and development, and there were interactions between them. Conclusion: To prevent lead contamination associated with children and to enhance children's nutrition are important methods to promote children's growth and development.
